Ron tends to have flashes of insight (usually while joking)

*butting in* Yes, the one that stands out in my mind is when he speculated on the 'Special Services' Tom gave to the school -- Ron joked that 'maybe he murdered Myrtle'. And he did, haha.

But I don't think he's a Seer - we know he 'predicted' Arthur would become MoM and that's not going to happen.

Then again, the brains must have had *some* effect on him, and although I'd be disappointed if he were a Seer (seems too... cliched somehow), I won't deny it's a possibility.
