I think I could cope with about everything but her killing off Remus. But I've got the sneaking suspicion that he won't make it through the series, alas!

see, I tend to think he'll be the only one of his generation (whom we know) who will. I see Snape and Peter both dying (someone recently suggested to me that Peter will pay his life debt to Harry not by saving Harry's life but by saving Ron's - which idea I quite like - and dying in the process.) and since I doubt Remus will really take on the father figure role for Harry, he may be safe.
