So I'm downloading various old TV series *cough* 21 Jump Street *cough* Remington Steele, right? It takes days to download one episode, which is fine. That's what I expect.

But why in the name of everything holy is the download process regularly completed on a Sunday night?! Which is the night of the week when I really, really have to work because of a regularly occuring Monday deadline?! And when I have absolutely no time to waste?! WHY? *cries*

Just one second, Mr Steele, I'll be right there with you!

ETA: Oh dear God, it's the first episode of the first season! The one I've never seen before! *squees*

Deadline? Which deadline?

That could easily describe my weekend. At any given point.

Erm...except substitute "read 245 downloaded fics" for the solitaire.

Yes, I stocked up my icon portfolio. This one seemed particularly appropriate. It describes roughly six of seven nights of my week. (The seventh night is the 'night out', on which I regularly accomplish the objective, i.e. getting completely wasted.)
