Yes, I agree with the Parvati assessment, I think the constant association with Lavender Brown has meant that most people think they're identical. She's been acting independently since book 1 and usually not just following the flock. I do hope she's developed a bit more, I'd actually like to know some more backstory on both Padma and Parvati.
