See, my reasons for believing that it's Parvati are: She's mentioned by name and is therefore likely to fulfil a more important part in future (applies only if there indeed are more than eight Gryffindor students in Harry's year). Trelawney's line, which would be a neat, because overlooked, hint if it became true. And I like Parvati. But I like your Luna theory, because it'd bring back Sirius, which is a Very Good Thing.
