Actually, although it's a little bit shorter (maybe one lick shorter, but hey) it's pretty much the same IIRC. I saw the US version of that first episode more recently than the UK one, mind, but I was surprised they showed it.

I watched it about half a dozen of times when I first lay my hand on the VCDs. I took a break for several months (Why?!), but am now back to addiction. It's fabulous.
