Oh, I don't buy absolute Psycho!Remus, either, but it's interesting how far one can carry the interpretation. As mousapelli said, Remus strikes her as the type who endures all this horrible stuff happening to and around him and then carries it all away and lets the beast loose somewhere where nobody knows him. He is somewhat of the archetype of the mad axe murderer next door, the one who's always friendly to children and helps grannies crossing the street.

Thanks! It was rather difficult to balance it out; Remus would alternately be too passive and enduring or too aggressive and cruel. This version was the best I could come up with.
Remus/Draco has potential, I think. In a non-sexual way, though. Unless I've missed something, it was Remus who hexed Lucius Malfoy and was thus responsible for his imprisonment. Draco won't forget in a hurry.
