I am insanely in love with the

fact that Aberforth/goat is so totally canon. They put it in the movie, people! They left out plenty of important and relevant things (joint Christmas presents, Snape's greyish pants, Ginny's spunkiness etc.), but they left in the Goat. How brilliant is that?

And then the Goat was mentioned all over the place in DH. The Goat is Aberforth's Patronus - and we all know what that means since HBP illustrated the relevance of Tonks' new Patronus.
