Of course something evil has taken over your brain dear. It's nothing to be worried about. And you don't have to like him. Pretty body + Pretty body + Propensity for Smut = Fanfic.

It's the same reason I once wrote LotR RPS even though I've never really liked it and have never written it again.

That said...I would love to read JD/OB. It could be a fascinating dynamic.

Thank you. I really feel much better now. Still shallow and cheap, seeing as I'm focusing on the body alone, but at least in good company.

LotR was the first fandom in which I ever read RPS, even though I'm not a fan, either. And gradually I've come to realise (as I told ellensmithee lately) that the only kind of RPS fics I read are those with Orlando in them. God knows why, as he's so not my type. But something about him screams, "Slash me!"

Johnny/Orlando would be, if nothing else, very pretty.

And I'm a firm believer that Orlando, with those hair/lips/eyes/body parts, does send out subliminal messages in all of his movies screaming just that.

I mean, it can't be coincidence that he has better chemistry with his male co-stars than his female ones, can it?

He's never had many female co-stars so far, the poor boy. Little wonder he gets slashed left, right and centre.

I find the body pretty masculine, actually. It's the form of male body I happen to like. Thin yet defined.

I see what you mean about the form though - the slim but muscular body type is very appealing... Wonder what other body parts that applies too.

I was doing so well. After a late-night chat with kaysha last night, I had myself convinced that writing RPS is a Bad Thing and that I really don't want to follow the evil lure. But you had to bring up the, ah, body parts again, didn't you?
