Mary-Sue writers = Utah Mormons?

I've come across this site listing names that scream "I'm a Utah Mormon", and really, my first thought was, 'this lot's got their brains affected by Mary-Sue fiction.'

Because honestly, who else would call their daughter 'Latrina' or 'VulvaMae'?

Scary stuff. I've a friend in a roleplaying game who gives his characters those sorts of names, I wonder if that's where he gets them from? His classics include Pubert LaTrine and Trixibelle Twirly-Twigs. He would love VulvaMae, guarantee it.

Fortunately the world is spared these being inflcted on real children, since he's gay *grin*

I wonder whether there are any Sues out there called LaTrine (or any variations thereof). I think I've once seen a Sue mocked who was named after a STD.

An STD, LOL. Doesn't surprise me though, they have to get those godawful names somewhere *g*

And Trixibelle was the first time I refused to sign a character up to the in-game guild I run because of the name. Probably a bit rich since we have members named Lady Vomit and Dame Margarine, but i did warn him ;-)

Isn't it? There's more Mormon-related fun, namely the Mormon guide to prevent masturbation. Quality stuff, including the following advice: "For example, if you are tempted to masturbate, think of having to bathe in a tub of worms, and eat several of them as you do the act."

Or maybe it's all the radioactive waste the US government hides in the Nevada deserts. It's brimming over and littering Utah as well.
