Any cat lovers out there who don't watch
cuteoverload? Check out this picture. Don't they just look as though they had, y'know, planned it? They've got the little earpiece thingies in their ears, coordinating their positions.
"Calling Ginger the Cat, calling Ginger the Cat"
"Roger, Fluffy. I'm in position. I'm on three, you take one."
"Stripey's on two. Repeat, Stripey's on two."
"Got the area covered."
Or maybe they're playing Schroedinger's cats, in some sort of theatre-of-the-absurd rendition. "Whadda y'mean, you're not sure whether we're dead or not until you open the box? We don't even fit in the box!"

Date: 2006-05-26 03:23 pm (UTC)When my mother bought a scratching post for her cats - complete with an inviting house-thingie for them to hide in - the cats totally ignored it and went to sit in the cardboard box the post came in instead.

Date: 2006-05-26 03:44 pm (UTC)My cousin works as a medical representative - her company sends her boxes full of samples and stuff, and they'd all be delivered to our place because she was staying with us for a while. And everytime the boxes were delivered, my cat would be like 'Mine! Mine! Mine!'. And heaven forbid someone *touch* the boxes - she would go *insane*. *grins*

Date: 2006-05-26 05:45 pm (UTC)Mine's just the same: an open box, an open suitcase, a bag lying on the floor - and she's got to be inside! Once I almost took her with me on a trainride accidentally. And we took her skiing, in the trunk. Had to return home, of course... ;D
